Edmond Verdier is a founding partner of LEXLOR law firm. He is admitted to the Paris Bar. Edmond Verdier graduated from the Faculty of Business Law and Taxation of the University Pantheon Sorbonne. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Association of Franco-Russian Lawyers and Jurists.
He is specialized in tax optimization strategies for global effective tax rate, cross border tax planning, transfer pricing and tax optimized supply chain management in France and abroad, tax compliance and tax reporting, assists in tax structuring for international mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing, tax audits.
Before creating LEXLOR, Edmond Verdier has acquired extensive experience in international business law firms as Landwell (member of the Price Waterhouse Coopers), SJ Berwin, Taj (Member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu), CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Baker & McKenzie. Furthermore, he was the legal director of the oil company, Caspian Oil, in Dubai and also worked as a jurist at the Legal Committee of the UN General Assembly in New York (USA).
Edmond Verdier is fluent in French, English and Russian.
