Sylvie Djuric is a founding partner of LEXLOR law firm. She is admitted to the Paris Bar. Sylvie Djuric is a graduate of the Sorbonne Law School in Paris and is a member of the Paris bar. She is a member of the International Fiscal Association, French Association of Tax Lawyers (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux) and the Association of Franco-Russian Lawyers and Jurists.

    Sylvie Djuric concentrates her practice mostly in tax and corporate law, dealing particularly with tax optimization schemes, mergers and acquisitions. Before creating LEXLOR, she worked in renowned international law firms, but also gained valuable experience in the field of energy law while working in a petrol and gas company in Russia and Dubai.

    In addition, she has also gained experience advising international clients in various legal fields, particularly advising on taxation issues in Eastern European and CEI countries.

    Sylvie is fluent in French, English, Serbo-Croatian, and also has a good knowledge of Russian and German.
